Sometimes you really can't tell what the original coler was so you go with your best guess on matching. Other times a person may paint it a particular color because he likes that color. I see post regularly from people who insist that they have a green CC.
THen there were the companies like IH that used whatever shade the supplier sent in that batch.
It's all a matter of taste. Sure, we Case people know what FLambeau is supposed to look like but there are many different theories on LC and RC greys.
