After seeing your plugged screen, I decided to check the screen on my 401b, just about the same tractor as yours, except it has one more piston going up and down. I pulled my screen and it was fairly clean, except for a small O ring. I wonder where that came from? I already had my oil drained so it was a fairly easy check. Hardest part was breaking the big nut loose. Someone really put it in tight. Stan
