That's the last place I would have priced any manual especially for JD since JD still supplies the manuals for them. They also offer the 301A parts catalog for online viewing as well. You don't have to register with a dealer to view the parts catalog but if you do register with local dealer it will allow you to price parts online also and check availability. http://jdparts.deere.com Parts catalog is on left hand column scrolling down some. Manuals can be obtained thru the JD industrial publications division 1-866-213-3373 or http://techpubs.deere.com A operators manual would be the first thing to get probably. Yes use JD Hydgard oil or quality equivalent but not the cheap oils as many of those are not compatible with clutch or brake materials used in JDs. There is a sump pump screen in bottom of trans that should be cleaned or replaced also.
