Johnski I also have 2006 that needed its turbo replaced at 4700 miles and had the check engine light issue as well. Just out of curiousity what did your dealer say was the problem with the turbo? Mine didn't want to get into details with me about it. I'm beginning to wonder if the turbo's are a weak point with the 6.0's!
