Back in about 1957 my brother and I wanted to see what would win in a pull....a JD G or our Super M. When dad wasn't home we drove the tractors out on the gravel road, figuring if we tried this on our farm yard dad would see the holes. Tied them to a 15 ft chain, and started the contest. We immediately dug 4 holes in the gravel road, with no forward movement of either tractor. Put the tractors away and filled those holes before dad came home.
