It's not just JD dealers and have gotten your same treatment from other brand farm equipment and truck dealers too that ordered parts and I finally just had to go find a TISCO dealer or other OEM dealer and buy parts off their shelf and be done with it. Brand loyalty is no more in many areas but a dealer with good service will keep customers no matter what they sell. Many big shot dealers and companies are going to left in the dark soon closing their doors wondering why they didn't cater to the little guy too on service! Corporate manufacturing has gone the wrong route 15 years ago so dealers are left with so back up and going out soon too. It's their own fault not the customers.
