That's how Pete's hay is stacked too. Way, way out in the middle of nowhere and they took from the far end of the field.

He said that they used a heavy pickup with one of those bale swings on it. Pulled one bottom corner bale, the top bale would then roll down in it's place.

Also said that he could see there tracks where they had pulled in the yard and had came to the door. Must have figured since he wasn't home, what the heck.
