That is the way the equipment industry is going. We have been a dealer for Ariens for about 5 years, move a little equipment, they just are not all that big a name in this area, they do not do a lot to promote their product and do not help the dealers, but I tried, got a letter last week, we were not buying enough equipent, they are cancelling our contract as an Ariesn/Gravley dealer. I asked the rep what about the customers I have sold equipment to, did not seem to care, said, "we will have someone in place in a week or two", otherwise my/their customers have to travel 40-50 miles to get parts and warranty service. All these manufacturers care about is the quantity, not quality like it used to be.
