If you have a bad dealer there is a guy on the web that drop ships kubota parts to all of north america and gives perfect service. He helped me out getting some parts kits the dealer didn't know existed, fixed up my skid steer q/a so I don't drop the loose fitting ones. http://www.tractorsmart.com/enter.htm
