There's not a chance some little kid dropped a paper towel in the fill hole? Or a mouse got in the engine and made a nest? A calf knocked the fill cap off an engine we had one time (weren't using it over the winter) and a rat got in there and made a big nest on top of the oil pump in the oil pan. Took us 2 days to finally figure out what was wrong and what happened... HH
