I will never use Norton again, tried to upgrade my Norton, had same experience, people couldn't talk English. When my credit card was charged for the upgrade, but I never got it, again 10 phone calls and assurance that my credit card would be credited next month, never happened. Norton sure screwed me, but it will never happen again, never use any of their products again. Bob
