Carl,
Since you have checked and it for sure is coming from the head. Before you crank the engine I would go in person, and not call the dealer who rebuilt the engine and explain the problem. Surely he will do something.

When oil is coming from the head there is only a few things that will cause that. Wrong head gasket or head and gasket installed wrong, concidering the head and block are good.
I have seen everything from an upside down gasket installed to a rag being left under the head at installation. One thing for sure, the head will need pulled off.
In years gone by we would paint the block, head and gasket with aluminum paint just before assembly wait for paint to get tacky and put them together, let them set overnight and crank it. That would seal imperfections in the head or block. Works real good on gasoline engines and also on Cummins and Detroit diesels.
But either way you go if you fix it or the dealer, just remember these old tractors and the repairs take alot of patience, when you're talking to the dealer you catch alot more flies with sugar than salt.
Don't go in kissing his rear, but don't go in swinging either. Most of the guys who work on these things take alot of pride, and can't admit to a screw up, but they also realize when something goes wrong that something was done wrong.
I've scratched this old slick head til it's sore and I can't ever remember a 9N leaking oil from the head before it was cranked, the thing that first pops to mind, if it is mechanical. One of the sleeves must not be seated or something under the head keeping the head held up off the gasket. Can you tell if there is a noticeable crack between the head and gasket or block? I admit this one has me stumped, so let me know how it's coming along. What part of the country are you located? Something is definetely wrong. Did you check the cylinders to see if it pumped oil into a cylinder? JJ
