That's a 50+ hp machine with a cat 2 3pt hitch.. made in the early 60's.

Cat 2 hitch and that hp means at least, it should tote a bale on the 3pt.. and I would imagine if the fel is 'normal' duty and in good repair.. it should handle a large bale fine.

I've seen them here from 3500-6500$ for the tractor.. the fel will add about a 500$ premium..

If in doubt, tell the owner what you intend to use it for and see if he has something large in his yard you can pick up in order to test the laoder hyds.. etc. If the loader will do it.. I'm sur ethe owner will test it for you while you watch.. or let you test it, in order to make the sale.. If he don't let you.. and doesn't have a good excuse ( like not having anything to lift ).... I wouldn't buy..
