If I was buying an expensive item, say a tractor for $10K I would want to see the last payment made statement from the finance company or something. Several years ago a guy I know asked me if I wanted to buy a 4 year old tractor for $5,000 it was worth over $10,000, JD 30 HP, front bucket, diesel. I said Naaaaa.....not interested. Got to be careful out there hot items are all over, get proof of ownership.
