Are you in Canada? The B-250 is a British International, I don't remember the B-250 being marketed in the US. I remember when I was still in high school when the local IH dealer was promoting the "New B-275" tractor so I would say probably 1958 was the first of them at least here, don't know about Canada and or the B-250. Their history gets involved and later on you will find that Mahindra is also involved.
