Best bet, put the plugs in a metal rack and heat them with a propane torch until the ground electrode is hot, and the wetness is evaporated off. Squirt a bit of good gasoline into the cylinders (one squirt oil can squirt per cyl) then reinstall the plugs and start it. I have seen wierd fuel cause the entire set of plugs to self short when wet. Good luck, JimN
