On most battery chargers, if you don't plug it in
and you hook the cables on to the battery, and you
get a spark, the needle jumps all the way, YOU
HOOKED IT UP WRONG If it doesn't spark, you got it
right. EXCEPTION, if your battery is totally dead
you could hook it up wrong and get no spark and then
charge if up backwards. NOT GOOD
