cj...that really is a nice looking house. nice setting too. i bet you spend a few mornings over coffee sitting on that front porch...nice. we're just now adding a roofed full front porch to our house. it should be done by the time warmer weather gets here so i'm looking forward to morning coffee on ours too. the only thing i don't like about your place....is that awful white stuff you let get spread all over your nice yard! 80) -mike
