I have one but it is not for sale. I find that I use it quite a bit when plowing. It is called a draft control and is very helpful when field conditions vary. If your points are worn and you are working in sod, it will really send the plow to plowing depth very fast. The Farmall 300 and 400 used a similar system on their fast hitch. The difference being that it was hydraulic and it was controlled with an open center IH valve in the valve bank area under the dash. A similar system could be built for the Cub. Get the hydraulic remote adaptor manifold on eBay ($25-30), one or two small cylinders, and a small-port four-way open center valve. I think the stroke needn't be longer than five or six inches. The bore for two cylinders shouldn't require more than 1.5" each. I haven't designed the system but one cylinder would also work but would require additional linkage. If you are a good mechanic and have metal working tools and skills, you should be able to built it. You might even be able to sell additional copies.
