Thanks, all advice was appreciated. I have lent and rented to these neighbours before (and lent to them and borrowed from them). I made them an offer this am. Truth of the matter is, I barely need the tractor anymore. I really should be selling it to them and then renting it back when I need it. Ultimately that may happen, they do like green equipment (more than me).
