What are you pulling too? A tractor and mower bogged to the
frame needs something twice as heavy usually to winch too.

A yank strap will usually get you out if you have something that
weighs the same to yank you.

The trees on the edge of field might look close but 200 ft of
1/2" cable is not common and a 20,000 LB pull will uproot some
pretty big stuff.

Last year a neighbour got her tractor stuck with a NH489
haybine on back. We couldn't budge it with two tractors, I had
to drive mine in and get it stuck to use the loader to pick the
haybine up and put planks under it. We then yanked my tractor
out and then we barely were able to get her out with both
machines.
