I just bought a 92' F-150 dirt cheap because it had the same problem. Got it home and checked out the hydraulics and they seemed ok. Got under the dash and worked the clutch pedal by hand and found the pedal shaft bushings were shot. What a pain in the a** they are to replace, but I did it anyway. Now the clutch works perfectly. Bushing kit was 14 bucks at the Ford dealer. 12 pack of Molson ice beer was 12 bucks at the local distributor. Lostsa luck.
