I would put a little twist to the fuse ends and reinstall it and hopefully it’s a bad connection at the fuse panel. I have not looked up the TSB 03-08-49-020 yet but gonna… I have replaced a few ignition switches and had a fer clusters repaired. Always helps to know if the radio quits.
