So far over here there has been pretty much no regulation of tractor safety systems. The newer tractors of course come with seat belts and ROPS, etc. but there are no laws forcing the addition of such to older tractors.

I hope it doesn't get that way either, we have a lot of older tractors without any of that stuff!
