I found your post because I am trying to cross reference a new E7NN-6714-AA oil filter I have among my automotive junk. Anyhow, mine is in a Ford-New Holland box. The way Ford part numbers work, the E7 indicates that this part was originally used in the 1987 model year, so that's the maximum age of your filter. It could be much newer too, as Ford parts, and hence their numbers are sometimes used for decades.
