You wont get all the air out anyway and when done filling you will be checking for pressure but the pressure will be close to whatever water pressure you have. Now you can just keep filling and bleeding till it just wont take any more water but there will still be a little room for air. You probably dont want too much pressure anyway so it rides fairly smooth. But you know the tire will take 20lbs easy. good luck
