I really don't know the meaning of that word. About the only way I can relax is to go far away from home with my wife because I'm surrounded by my work and worries here. Just about any farmer can relate to that. My wife, who is a career teacher and the ultimate work-aholic, retired from a highly stressful job last november and now she just sits around reading a book, completely burned out. When you burn the candle on both ends it's gonna burn out twice as fast! We plan to hop in the car soon and just go! Jim
