Stepped head TISCO pistons

On the Farmall C 1948 engine that I am doing I ordered the kit that had the stepped head high compression pistons because that is what I thought I took out. The new pistons from TISCO are stepped more than the ones I took out. Has anyone else noticed this or used this kit? Will everything clear like it is supposed to? The Serial # range on the kit is right. Thanks
