You siezed the piston rings. Do a compression check. I would bet you have about 120 on one side and about 60 on the bad side. Piston melts and makes the rings stick in place. Then they wont seal against the cylinder and it wont start. Been doing snowmobile riding and racing for years. Parts should be easy to get. Good luck, start with compression check. Later.
