Live hyd pump

Hi, I saw this hyd pump on ebay. Does anybody know will this fit on my Allis B? What should this pump cost? Can these hyd pumps be bought new? Any help would be appreciated. My manual lift is getting harder to work I guess it is an age thing. Me more than the B.
