I drove my old Chevy (2500 HD)138K miles and traded it just a couple of months ago. In that time the only thing I ever had to have done to it besides regular oil changes, wheel alignments, flushes etc. was a seal in the transfer case - twice - and rear brake pads. It was still running on the original front pads! Though the dealer told me they were about due. I just can't say enough good about that pickup. It was the most trouble free vehicle I've ever owned.
