I've never moved one, but I can't see that tractor doing it, let alone doing it safely. Depending on the hitch load, it'll probably just put the front end of the tractor straight in the air, or break something. I did try moving a shed for a guy on a trailer like that a few years ago. I went in with an 11500# tractor and it couldn't lift it to hitch it, and couldn't drag the thing. I went home, thankyou. One thing I did move was a small 20x20 or therabouts size house. We set it on wooden skids and tried moving it with a FWA Deere 3140 with a loader. It did nothing. We hooked a Ford 3930 FWA loader tractor in front and got it to move until it got caught up. After that, it humbled at 90 hp, 25000# Cat D4H. The 4 did win, but she took the whole ride with her equaliser bars holding her front down rather than UP. That tractor has done some hard pulling, and that was by far the hardest pull it ever had. Never underestimate the weight or the stubborness of moving a house. I think your freind should hire a heavy wrecker who specialises in moving that sort of thing. Good luck. Rod

The need for fabricating becomes obvious when you go to buy any of these
