Thanks for the information. I was thinking of using 85 series, either 215 or 225.
What I'm not sure about are the rims. You say any rim up to current will fit, but I don't think all the studs are the same. My 73 has a plate that goes on behind the eight lug-nuts; is your 76 like that?
On some later trucks I've seen swivel type nuts without the plate, so the rims might be different and the lugs seem to be different sizes like 7/16, 1/2 and 9/16".
