Estate sales here are the most expensive ones.. As an auctioneer once told me, " A Dead Man's things are always worth more than a living ones" He went on to say that things would sell much cheaper at a sale due to divorce or foreclosure. The part of estate sales I do not like, is the fact that the actioneer often brings in a bunch of his own stuff.. IMHO, that is not fair to the family..
