i do sympathize with ya about the mess the little buggers can make. i wonder if those owl decoys you can get would work? my biggest critter problem is what we call wood bees or carpenter bees down here in the south. the doggone things drill perfect 3/8ths holes in any exposed wood, like my barn rafters. sooner or later they're gonna give. i wish i could find something that would get 'em outta my barn. i've swatted over 600 of 'em in one summer with my wife's old tennis racket, and they still come back every year. you got sparrows, i have bees. i guess if that's the worst that ever befalls us we'll do ok tho.
