So I take it you are the shady character who lied to ebay, this buyer and square trade stating that the chopper and wagon were "sold locally" to avoid having to sell them for less than what you feel is fair value? Although I agree this is water under the bridge for the prospective buyer, it is not a fair way to do business on ebay...nor elsewhere. Put a reserve on items if you won't take any less than a given figure.
If you don't want to play buy the rules sell elsewhere. It's not worth one's reputation to make a few extra bucks on some machinery.
