Here in NC and eastern Tn we have a lot of coyotes and especially the alpaca farmers have problems with them. Their answer is to have a Great Pyrenees dog around the farm. Coyotes will stay far away. Also, one friend who waas losing calves to coyotes got himself some llamas who will kill coyotes by kicking them to death. Works well for him
