How I long for the days of ole ,pre 1987 is about where I pinpoint all this tag troubles beginning. Before that a tractor was what it was and what you saw was what you got. You were buying a tractor period. Not paying a premium for the 1st ,last or special versions. Nobody knew and nobody cared either. We were just happy to have a new toy to play with or back then they were even used in the fields ! It's getting real hard for someone to get into this hobby today unless they have a pile of dough. Anybody dare take a guess and put a name to what happened in 1987 ( I think I have the year right ? )that sent the tractor hobby into a feeding frenzy. Here's a clue-think green--
