If you haven't already tried it, I would sure try lubing the rollers and making sure they were all on track correctly. Also anything under the door that rubs can make them hard to move. If it is really cold, water could have gone under the concrete and raised it up a bit. When it thaws out, they usually go back down. Good luck!
