Just a guess, I'm not a Farmall guy, but is your tank vented? Try operating with the filler plug loose. I had an A that did the same thing and worked properly when I put a breather on it.

: My super C has slow touch control in one direction and the fast hitch is slow to lift. the hydraulics speed up as the oil warms up. I have cleaned the filter in the tank . The problem has been gradually getting worse over the last two years
