I had one apart a few months ago and I can't remember any reason why you couldn't just switch sides. Ports are same, clutch shaft should reverse, maybe need to re-key handle, pulley would turn backwards. Should work OK.

: have serial # 5600004.Has left hand clutch lever.Was this a factory option or an aftermarket application.All the other ones I've seen have right hand clutch levers.Any information would be appreciated..
