Hmmmmm is that maybe why everyone before was mentioning a newer 4020 instead or a 4320 or even something way newer? How old are those tractors and what do you expect? They once did WORK to earn their keep so yeah all are going to be worn out or have problems and that"s why they are for sale. You just need to decide what you want to spend and let a good tractor salesman do it for you but you will get exactly what you pay for.
