ok i have a 94 f250 5.8 v8 351 automatic tranny it has around 239,000 miles on it whenever i am going around 55 and let off the gas when it shifts down to third i hear grinding coming from somewhere but if i hit the brakes around when it shifts i wont hear it. any ideas thanks guys
