I did exactly what you are thinking about. I do not know the brand of the forklift mast, but basically all I did is weld some ears to it for the lift pins.

I used it for a while on a MF 275. For the top link you will need a hydraulic cylinder to give some tilt. Don"t forget to put a swivel on one end of the top link to avoid stress breakage.

There is a lot of weight in the unit, but it wasn"t a problem for me, even without front weights on the tractor. I put a spear on it to load round bales. I went up about 10 feet from the ground. Depending on what forklift mast, you can easily go higher.

I haven"t used mine in several years after I finally got a front end loader. But it was an economical way to move and lift stuff.
