I use a Vector charger to restore batteries. It has a mode for battery restoration. Takes 24 hours. It'll do a good job as long as the battery hasn't gone to far. Got two batteries on a 2155 IH truck that are 12 years old. Brought them up to snuff one at a time. Had one in a pickup that was to far gone.

Every battery I replace now is with a Optima. Bought 4 last year.
