You really needed to buy it BEFORE you started looking but I'm sure that it can help you even now. I would strongly recommend this to anyoneone looking for a place in the country ESPECIALLY those who never lived in the country.I bought the first edition many years ago ATER I bought my first place in the country and I was fortunate that I didn't get burned. There were some things in that purchase that could have turned out really bad (an importtant easment was not transfered properly.)
