Your problem is the tarp going to the ground, then condensation from water in the ground hits the tarp and then stops there and you get the problem you have. You need to make a temp, type shelter like the ones I make useing PVC pipe and a tarp. Nice thing is you can also use it like a small shop to boot. Drop me an e-mail and I'll explan how to biuld it. Takes about 15 minutes to put up and its big enough to drive a small car into it
