I've never had it done but I have had surgery on my back and at all costs do your best NOT to have that done. They removed my L-5 S-1 disc and I haven't been the same since. I'm limited to 35lbs of lifting and the doctors don't want me to drive much and hate it when I say any thing about useing a tractor. I'm also in pain 24/7 and have more pain pills then I have tractors which is bad because I have a lot of tractors LOL
