Never mind, Com Ed just called back. I didn't expect them to be so prompt. To just put a new light on an exsisting pole, it's anywhere from 5-10 bucks extra a month. To put up a new pole is 18 bucks a month, plus 15 bucks a month for a length of some sort of special "street light" wire. All of those charges would continue as long as you own the house. Needless to say, I told them to forget it.
