Just words, I assume a 3000 is a Ford utility Wfe 3cyl diesel. From a pivot bracket you make for the back axle come forward on each sideto the top of the front axle with 3" schedule 40 pipe. Place a 2" wood block their to set the clearance. extend the pipes 2' forward of the tractor. Make brackets that attach the plow to the pipes so that theyare triangles at least 16" back on the pipe. Provide a bracket in the center of the front of the bolster casting to attach a cylinder to. Also attached to the bolster is a watts link attached to each of the two pipes. A nwatts link has three parts, a center pivoting bar that is almost vertical, and two tierods that attach to the top on one side, and to the pipe on that side. And al lower tierod that attaches to the lower end of the center bar and the other pipe. Google images of watts links. I wwould use a center bar of 1-1/2X4" rect tubing about 3' long to allow travel. This link keeps the pipes straight ahead while allowing a good range of vertical movement. The hydrqaulic cylinder lifts and (could) push down. Good luck, JimN
